When you are satisfied that the dashboard is working, you publish the dashboard.
Select File > Export.
Select Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT) / PDF/Word, which is a .ppt/.doc/.pdf file.
In the Export dialog box, provide the name and location of your dashboard.
Open the ppt /.doc/.pdf file to view the dashboard.
